My dog had a bile sterol acid reading of 67 (it should be under 10) got this hepatic food wasn’t expecting a great deal to change but you try anything….3 weeks later - his results are down to 1. The vet herself was shocked. And he seems to enjoy it!

I can’t find this anywhere snd it’s the only liver care food my dog will eat. I’m desperate to find some! Please help!

Our dog requires a special hepatic diet, we tried other food that she would not eat. The smell was bad, we figure the taste was bad as she eats anything not nailed down. Luckily she likes this food and eats with no fuss.

My Yellow Lab Jazzy developed Copper Storage Disease at ten years old. In addition to the Penicillamine prescription and filtering her water I started her on Science Diet K/D. She ate the dry and canned food for five months with no issues. At just over five months she refused to eat the dry food any longer than a few weeks later she refused the canned. I switched her over to the Hepatic Royal Canine and she absolute loves it both the dry and canned. The Royal Canine product was a life saver for my girl! She has gained weight back and her energy levels are back to normal.

My schnauzer pup was almost dead 3 times; symptoms mimicked acute pancreatitis, but tests proved negative. On the 3rd round, she was tested for a liver shunt, and it was bad; her toxin levels were through the roof. She went on this dog food immediately, and the results were immediate! She underwent surgery, but the prognosis for a complete fix is guarded... we'll redo the test leter this month. But, even if we only have a partial success, I'm confident this food will let her be healthy for life. In the month and-a-half she's been on it, she has achieved a healthy weight absolutely goes berzerk for the stuff. I mix both dry and wet, but usually give 90% wet.

My Lab has to have Hepatic food, this is the brand she prefers. We purchase the dry for meals and the canned is baked for treats.
We spread it out on a cookie sheet with parchment paper, bake at 320 for about 90 minutes. We store it in the refrigerator.
You wouldn't want to have a dinner party on the same day!
This is the only treat besides turkey she can have. Thank you!

Started my mom's Maltese on this diet. She has congenital.liver disease. She has lived 2 years longer(and still going) than expected while eating this diet only !!! Thank you for giving my mom more time with her baby !

Both my small rescue dogs have liver problems. The vet put them on this diet and they both love it. I never have any problems getting them to eat! After being on this food and taking their medicine their liver numbers have improved greatly. Thanks for a good tasting dog food.

My dog hates this and won't touch it. Don't blame him...ingredients are disgusting and cheap. The price is ridiculous.
