Royal Canin ® Feline Health Nutrition ™ Kitten dry cat food is rated 4.9 out of 5 by 151.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Completely transformed my kitten! I recently adopted a very sick and malnourished 8 week old kitten named Nacho. He was skinny, weak and had a very dull coat. I started him on the Royal Canin kitten food and he immediately loved it! He had such a great appetite despite being sick with an upper respiratory infection. Once his illness cleared up, he began to flourish! He was no longer skinny, his coat became soft and shiny and now he has so much energy! He is almost 4 months old now and you could never tell he used to be a sad little kitten. I know that he has made such an amazing transformation due to being fed high quality food. I will continue to buy this product for the rest of his life!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Finnegan Loves this!!! I was told by my breeder to keep my kitten on Royal Canin Kitten after coming off of the Baby Cat due to the digestive issues of the Ragdoll breed and the all over well being. Well my little guy just turned a year old this past Friday and we are finishing up our last bag of the kitten formula and I couldn't be happier with how well Finnegan has done. He is a very healthy cat who at his last weigh in was over 18lbs! His coat, fur, teeth, eyes and attitude are amazing! Will definitely be using Royal Canins Ragdoll formula for his next stage. Thanks for the great food for my furbaby!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding nutrition for special needs kittens I first started using Royal Canin cat foods four years ago, when working in a shelter kitten nursery. I have seven young cats, all special needs. Three are behavioral (two exceptionally shy/fearful, one with separation anxiety), but four are medical - one with a critical congenital heart defect, and three with chronic GI issues, who were severely malnourished. All have thrived on Royal Canin products, and Cloud, my heart defect (Tetralogy of Fallot) cat is doing well at three years and two months, despite a condition with a >90% mortality rate in the first year. The nutrition is outstanding and all of the cats love the taste and texture.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love how my kittens look and act from this did! I raise Persian kittens and have been using this variety for 10 years now. I have tried other high quality brands of kitten food in the past but none have the results that this variety does. Kittens are happy, healthy, beautiful babies with fluffy luxurious fur when being released to their new homes. I also use this variety during breeding season for pregnant and nursing moms and breeding dads. Highly recommend this variety!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My kitten loves this good! When I got my kitten she was already eating royal canin so I decided to stick with it. I double checked with my veterinarian and Royal Canin came highly recommended. My Maya absolutely loves the kitten formula. She doesn't like people food or treats but comes running when I put her food out. The kitten formula comes with a great feeding guideline that keeps her happy, full, and at a healthy weight. I am looking forward to sticking with other Royal Canin lines as my kitten is a Maine Coon and it is nice to see a specific line for her needs. Maya and I are beyond happy with Royal Canin !

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Happy Kittens!! I bought this food as an alternative to Blue Buffalo kitten food. I began to question the actual ingredient list of Blue Buffalo products and I noticed that my kittens didn't LOVE the food. While shopping at my local pet store I noticed the Royal Canin selection. After some quick research I was able to determine that this company stands by their products and continually studies pet nutrition even to the extent of having breed specific feeds. What really sealed the deal is that both of my kittens LOVE this food so I plan to keep them on it and then move them to adult food when the time is right.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Kittens LOVE it!!! We, Kerry's Cats, received some Kitten formula as a donations, and our babies LOVED it. As you know, transitioning babies from the bottle to kitten food can be a painstaking process. Our kids were very receptive and have been on Royal Canin since they were 5 weeks old. We even fed it to Mommy during her nursing days.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Mostly plant protein Most of the protein comes from brown rice, corn gluten meal, brewers rice, wheat gluten, corn etc. This is plant protein and cats are not good at processing as they mainly produce enzymes to process animal protein. Also, no actual meat, only Chicken by-product (grounded feet, beaks, undeveloped eggs, intestines etc) and chicken fat.
