Royal Canin Veterinary Diet ® Feline Renal Support D canned cat food 3 oz - (Morsels in Gravy) in Gel (24 cans/case) is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 92.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cat loves it! I took home a sample box that had all the new styles and flavors in it. My cat, Ozzie, who would not eat any of the renal diets (no matter who made them), loves these new flavors and textures. He does not even stop to beg for the Friskys anymore when I open a can for the other cats. Ozzie prefers the wet food, particularly the two with the gravy. As far as the dry, he is willing to eat it over any other dry food. Both the new wet and dry creations are a win win with Ozzie! Now I don't have to worry about what he will eat. Thanks!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Food for cats but shortage of quantity Our cat Josie was put on a Renal diet about 4 months ago. We feed the Renal Support D version one can per day mixed half again with our previous RAW Chicken diet we have prepared for that last two years to feed our cats. Since we make the RAW in bulk we weigh out the amount of food for the cats (we also have Willie of the Willie Critter Tales series books). My issue is that 8 out of 10 cans of the Royal Canin are net weight of 2.8 to 2.9 oz and not the 3.0 as listed on the can. That is one can shortage of food every 30 cans. Not a great loss, but still it is a loss. I do not want to suggest you change the label but would like you to provide one can free of every 24 to 30 sold as this is the amount of loss to the consumer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't get enough of the food I just purchased the new renal D diet, morsels. My cat absolutely loves it. He didn't like the old formula, but wow , he now does tricks.... He jumps up on the counter, starts rolling on his back, drops and rolls at your feel. Lol. Kidney cats are finicky and you have to keep them interested, well this sure does. He can't get enough. I am so thrilled for it. I am so glad to see him so happy and acting like a kitten... The new formulation is a big hit. If they had a chunky in a big can, it would be a jackpot! Thank you

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally Eating After trying two other prescription diets, wet and dry, I was about to give up on giving my cat the best chance at managing his early kidney disease. He absolutely refused to eat and the dry made him vomit almost daily. My vet finally recommended Royal Canin D wet as a final test and my kitty is licking the bowl clean. If you are researching kidney diets for cats start with this product FIRST. My picky eater is so happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product for a finicky feline I bought this for my 21 year old finicky cat who was diagnosed with renal failure. I was pleasantly surprised when she ate it as quickly as I could feed it. She really seemed to like the texture and was not as adverse to eating it as she had been to some other renal diets. Thank you Royal Canin!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Improving Health I love Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Feline Renal Support D for my cat Decker. He is 16 years old and has the beginning stages of kidney disease. Since starting Decker on this incredible Royal Canin food his disease is holding steady and he has more energy and life again. Not only that but he since he was a kitten he has always had a sensitive stomach, vomiting at least a couple times a week. Now that he is on Royal Canin food I can't remember the last time he has gotten sick, which of course it also so good for his overall health. Thank you Royal Canin for such an amazing product! Your food is giving me hope that my beloved cat and I will still have a lot more time together. Royal Canin will forever be my first choice in pet food from now on.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Chunks too big, not enough gravy My vet suggested this for my senior cat who is starting to have kidney issues. There was no sample for me to try, so I ordered a whole case. Unfortunately, my cat doesn't like it. The pieces are too big, and there's very little gravy. I have to mix it with other wet food, and even then she eats around it. Wish I had been able to try it out before buying a whole un-returnable case.
