Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleasant Smelling Highly Palatable Cat Food I have an almost 13 year old Himalayan and a 9 year old Himalayan that have both been on the Feline Urinary SO diet since they were kittens. I have a 6 year old Persian as well, so far he's been healthy. It's funny how my cats love their dry food and even the one that doesn't need the Urinary SO prefers it over his dry cat food. Thank you for keeping my kitties healthy and making a food that smells good even to the humans in the house and making something that makes them happy. I've found most "special dietary foods" are not that palatable and it's hard getting them to eat it. They love Royal Canin Urinary SO and I couldn't be happier!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from beyond pleased!! Over a year ago my cat Pepper was switched to this food, he's a diva so he eats dry and moist from this company. He had a urinary blockage which started us in the food. Not only did this food make his issues go away, he acts like a total different cat. He has a whole new personality not that he is pain free and it makes me love him even more, which I thought was impossible. His purr can be heard a mile away, thank you for making that possible. The only down fall is the food is very expensive for myself, but having my baby boy healthy is priceless!! Sincerly, Julia Ladner P.S you should send out monthly coupons!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Magic in a Bag! My male himalayan has been on this diet for OVER 7 years and has not had a single relapse of his FLUTD symptoms! Well, except when times got tough and I attempted to transition him to a non prescription diet (canned only!) and the FLUTD symptoms came back within a month! Needless to say - THIS is his diet for life! I am especially loving Royal Canin's S/O index being included into other prescription diets - it gives me peace of mind to know that later in life if other problems occur, the chances of safely transitioning him to a different diet is possible! Thank you Royal Canin!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Preventative Care In 2008 my one year old kitty, Molly Jones, was demonstrating inappropriate urination behavior, i.e. she was urinating in the bathroom sink. My veterinarian drew a urine sample, suspecting to find a bacterial infection. Instead we discovered the precursor to crystals in her urine. He recommended Royal Canin Urinary S/O for both Molly and her brother Desmond Jones. Seven years later the Jones' are still eating Urinary S/O and all urination problems solved. Might I venture to say to say that Urinary S/O was the "purrfect" solution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EVERYONE likes it! A year ago my elderly FIV+ kitty was diagnosed with pancreatitis, and after a day of IV fluids blocked up during the night. So he needed a change of diet and my vet recommended this (in part, because they have to lock it up or cage their office cats, because they break into the bags). Since then another cat in the house has come to need it, so we feed it to all 7 who are sharing the same space. All LOVE it. Our most recent cat, a former feral, totally abandoned his previous food as soon as he was given the run of the house in favor of SO. This is amazing, because I remember with my first cat who had urinary issues that she definitely didn't like the only urinary diet available at that time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MIRACLE CAT FOOD Our vet put our cat Fiona on this food after numerous UTI's and surgery to remove stones from her bladder. That was 3 years ago. She hasn't had a problem since! This food is amazing! I starting feeding it to our other cats "just in case". It is expensive, but if it keeps my babies from having UTI's and surgery, I will continue to buy it. It truly is a "miracle food". Just wish all cat owners could afford this food for their "babies". It would keep other cats from suffering with UTI's and surgery. In this economy, so many pet owners must prioritize what to spend their money on. Unfortunately, pets are usually the ones to suffer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This food is saving my cat's life every day... My male cat dukie got sick with a urinary blockage from crystals that had built up from him eating bad for that I thought was good for him. Blue Buffalo. Here I was paying a ton of money for this food thinking I'm doing something good for my animals. And it ended up almost killing my cat. I literally owe my cat's life to Royal Canin, this dry food and the wet cans of Urinary SO morsels. After my vet saved him with a week long urinary catheter, this is the only food that Dukie can eat without getting sick again. Thank you Royal Canin for giving me countless more years with my beloved kitty.
