Product Reviews
Royal Canin Veterinary Diet ® Hydrolyzed Protein Canine Treats 17.6 oz Bag: Treats are no longer shipped in case quantities. is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 10.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great New Treat For Dogs With Food Issues: My Vet gave our Std. Poodle, Polo, a few samples during a recent visit and he loved these new snacks. I went ahead and purchased a bag. Unfortunately, our Vet now tells me that the min. order for him is 14 bags, and he doesn't plan to stock this product! I just hope Pet Smart stocks this product soon. I'm almost out of the bag I bought, (which was probably a free sample given to our Vet).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My dog loves these bought them to use as training treats (for people to give to my dog when she stays calm as they come into the house): she absolutely loves them, and will ignore pieces of roast beef (!!) to get the treats.. She is fed predominantly the hydrolyzed protein diet because she reacts adversely to most meats (with the exception of beef). My only quibble is that I wish they were smaller, say half or a third the size.. At the rate we have to feed her treats for training purposes, she will get very fat in no time with these larger pieces.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hard to find, always out of stock ! I don't understand how every vendor of Royal Canin HP cat treats are always out of stock. My cat can only eat prescription treats and she loves this brand. I have an auto-delivery with chewy.com but I don't even know if they will be available when that time comes. Royal Canin should make these treats available to vendors who sell their products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Pyrenees, Lucy, can't live without it!!!! My dog has Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and can eat ONLY the Royal Canin hydrolyzed protein food. Unfortunately she does not like the canned or kibble that much (a VERY picky eater) however when I add crushed up Hydrolyzed Protein TREATS to her food she becomes a very hearty eater..... I am SO thankful for this product. It is truly a godsend. The treats keep my doggy alive.....

Rated 5 out of 5 by from both dogs love it I usually buy the hydrolyzed protein food, and just discovered that there are treats! My dog has been on this food for 2 years and she never was allowed treats due to her allergies, so this works out GREAT!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from yummy but too small My GSD thinks these are wonderful, but she would like to have something big enough to put in her kong so she can draw out the pleasure!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Soy and... chicken fat?! Why have hypoallergenic soy based treats been made non-hypoallergenic with the addition of a chicken product for flavour?!
