Helps dissolve pure struvite stones and helps prevent calcium oxalate stones

Moderate calorie content (9% less calories than Royal Canin Feline Urinary SO dry cat food) for ideal weight maintenance

Lowers the risk of crystal formation using RSS methodology for bladder health

This veterinary-exclusive dry cat food was developed to nutritionally support your adult cat’s urinary tract and bladder health. It increases the amount of urine your cat produces to help dilute excess minerals that can cause crystals and stones. Moderate calorie content (9% less than Royal Canin Urinary SO dry cat food) helps them maintain a healthy weight. Relative Super Saturation (RSS) methodology is used to help lower ion concentration in urine, which contributes to stone formation. This formula promotes a urinary environment unfavorable to the formation of both struvite and calcium oxalate crystals. Lower urinary tract issues may be a recurring concern for some cats. Talk to your veterinarian about keeping your cat on this urinary cat food for long-term urinary support. And ask them about the right Royal Canin wet cat food and treats to complement your cat’s diet.

It Works!

Our 4 year old rescue Oscar had been under a LOT of stress as we moved our family from Hawaii to WV last month. Shortly after the move, we realized he was crying in his box and straining to go. Rushed him to the ER vet and he was blocked. A few days hospitalization, meds and a switch to Royal Canin Urinary SO wet and dry foods, and I'm thrilled to say our playful boy is back!

Jojo's fav food

Jojo did have a urinary problem. So our vet recommended this food. Ever since my cat is doing great! I went ahead and had both of my cats eat it. They get along and play (they were fighting). So I am more at ease; less stress. Fur coat is much softer. The result: two happy healthy cats! :)

Saved my little lady

We adopted our Maine Coon mix Fiona from the local shelter in March 2018. She lived on the streets for who knows how long, then the shelter, so we don't know anything about her life before us. August 2018 she started having accidents around the house and she was in a lot of pain. I took her to the vet and he suspected crystals/stones since we didn't know her history. Thankfully it was just crystals. Within 3 days of eating Royal Canin Urinary SO dry food, she was back to herself. Royal Canin saved our little lady from a life of urinary pain.

Veterinarian- Excellent results!

As a practicing veterinarian, I see my fair share of overweight, blocked male cats. This is a superb diet and I highly recommend for my patients with known urinary conditions such as stones. See before and after pictures simply 30 days on the RC Feline S/O Mod. Cal diet--remarkable!

Great Taste and Controls Weight!

My cats love the taste of this food and it helps to control their weight. Indoor cats just don't get as much exercise as they should and tend to put on weight. With this Royal Canin Feline Urinary SO Moderate calorie they are doing great!

Great taste!

My male cats have not had any bladder stone issues since being on this food! My vet said it was a great food to have my male kitten on too. I volunteer at our local animal shelter and have been able to recommend this product to others to try. My cats love the taste of this food!

Great product

I was skeptical of starting another prescription diet; however I was desperate to find some way to help reduce the number of UTIs my cat was contracting. It's expensive but if it keeps working, it's well worth it.

cats love it!

Both my cats love this food. The big boy (with the crystals problem) empties his dish and his feeding toy. The little girl (no crystals) also empties her dish. I feed both wet and dry food to my cats. The smaller bag is just the right size to keep the product fresh.
