Provides nutrition that aids in the management of pure struvite uroliths.

Relative Supersaturation (RSS) methodology predicts the crystallization potential of urine. RSS is used to develop diets that lower the concentration of ions contributing to struvite and calcium oxalate urolithiasis.

Increasing the urine volume reduces the saturation of urine with calcium oxalate and struvite crystals.

Reduced level of magnesium, a natural component of struvite stones.

Specially formulated to assist in the management of struvite and calcium oxalate crystals and stones in adult dogs.

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Lucy has been on this brand for years. She loves the flavor, and the other pups try to get a nibble. She eats every morsel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Shih Tzu had bladder stones when she was two. My Vet removed the stones and put her on Royal Canin urinary diet. She is no 11 1/2 and has had no recurrence of the bladder stones!

Worked for Jake & Nikki

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My house broken male dog Jake suddenly started having accidents in the house. This was a huge problem as I live in an apartment and don't have a back yard. After several tests, my vet determined there was nothing physically wrong with him. He put Jake on Royal Canin Urinary SO dog food and cranberry supplements and thankfully and remarkably the accidents stopped. The Urinary SO has a lower magnesium content. It was so great to find a product that really worked and was a huge stress reliever for me and Jake. The product also broke up a bladder stone that my female dog had, thus eliminating the need for surgery. Another huge stress reliever. I highly recommend this product when prescribed by your vet.

My dog loves it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been using this food for almost a year. My dog had severe kidney issues before I adopted her. Since we’ve been on this food, she has only had one kidney infection.

Good quality food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My vet recommended this food several years ago for my Lab mix who has had ongoing urinary tract issues. I think it has been helpful in keeping her UTIs to a minimum. She's a very picky eater and I do have to doctor it up a bit, but that's been true with almost anything I've fed her as she has aged. She's now 13.
