I used to feed my Westie with Royal Canin West Highland Terrier food, but due his dental condition we decided to change to Canine Dental like two months ago. It was a really good decision. I can notice less tartar, his gums are healthier, and the best part is he enjoy his meal time. Also, no stomach issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I kept my dog on the food for about 3 months. She soon got tired of it and stopped eating is as readily, but I think that is just her personality- she gets tired of food easily. Maybe different flavors would be a solution?

I bought this for my long haired dachshund because she her teeth get bad between cleaning. So our vet recommended this brand to me. So I tried it out with both of my dogs. And the dachshund loved it and I have seen a great difference in her teeth. They are half as what they were. Now my chihuahua was ok with it because it was too big for him mouth. He only has a few teeth left. But I am really happy with this product for my dogs.

My little dog had beautiful teeth when I adopted her a couple of Aprils ago. By January, her teeth were disgusting and needed cleaned as well as four removed. I switched to this food, and now 2 years later, her teeth are just now needing another cleaning. I would say that is an amazing difference! Royal Canin diets are the best- based on science and giving results.

My maltipoo has been on Royal Canin Dental for almost 2 years now. I wasn't sure if she was going to like it because she's very picky but she really does. We get ours from our vet's office.

My 13 year old beagle/jack russell mix loves this product. He has been picky when eating dry dog food and just recently was diagnosed with malignant Stage 1 melanoma cancer. He had surgery to remove this from his gums and we put him back on his regular dry dog food. He was not interested, so my vet suggested we put him on Royal Canin Dental for small dogs. He absolutely loves the taste and is eating more regularly now.

I was recommended his diet due to dental issues as well as urinary issues with my Shih Tzu, it is great! I noticed that when I miss a day or 2 of brushing my dogs teeth that the plaque is not even built up & his breath is fresh! I would definitely recommend this food to anyone!

I started using Royal Canin several years ago upon the recommendation of my vet. I have Yorkies, and they are known for having issues with their teeth. Using Royal Canin Dental has helped keep this under control. Also, the kids just love the taste. Excellent quality item. It is costly, but is do-able with my little ones.

My miniature Dachshund has been on this diet for the past 5 years. She still needs her teeth cleaned every year, but has not has had any premolars or molars extracted despite not having a perfect bite. She loves the food too!
