My cat always loved this up until about 3 months ago. He won’t even touch it now. I had an older box of this the same canned wet food and gave him that instead and he ate it up. I ran out of older ones now and he’s not eating it again. I know others who are having the same problem that started around the same time. The only thing that makes sense is that the formula changed. I’ll have to find an alternative brand since my cat won’t eat this with the new formula change.

Been using this for a while seems to be helping with the struvite crystals but she really doesn’t like it, I wish the calm. Came in Pate’ form

My kitty gets Urinary Crystals and was put on this food at 8months old, it helped him significantly so far and even helped bring his crystal count down. However the major issue is the Urinary SO calm is almost impossible to find anywhere near me and It is not avaliable online. I would be nice is if was more consistent at the retail stores.

Our three cats used to be very happy with this food and would eat it right up as soon as we put it down, then suddenly, all three at them stopped eating it completely. They literally won’t go near it. All three of them stopped at the exact same time. We’ve tried different packages thinking we may have gotten a bad batch, but they still won’t touch it. Very disappointing. Very stressful. Expensive waste

My little kitty loves this stuff and it has been a huge help with her needs. Sadly I cannot find this any where anymore, what gives?! I was on a sub and they told me they can no longer supply me, the vet cant find anything either?!

Please help me find this food. I almost lost my baby boy due to a urinary blockage. This is the only thing that has kept him alive. We are almost out. My vet can't find it anywhere, please!

My cat LOVED this food until I bought a new case of it in October. Something changed. I opened three different cans and the cat wouldn't even try it. He just knew "this isn't my food." I opened an older can of the same product and he ate it right down. Whatever you changed it's not his thing. Wouldn't even taste it.

My cat has been eating this food most of his life and they changed the formula a little whole back. He used to love this food, now he barely wants to eat it. The texture looks like it's been filled with air too. Not a fan of the price hikes either. $60 for 12 days is insane

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the urinary track formulas for quite some time- The cats consistently love it and have not had any urinary track issues!!! I have several male cats that have had to be rushed into the Vet due to urinary blockages and since I have consistently fed the boys this formula they have not had any issues.
