Complete dietetic feed for adult dogs. This prescription product is designed for pets with food allergies. Use a diet of hydrolyzed protein sources to help your pet manage food allergies and reduce your pet's exposure to food allergens. Most pet diets contain intact proteins such as those found in beef, fish and lamb. These proteins can vary in size from small to large. When a food allergy occurs, the immune system mistakes the arge dietary protein for a potential allergen. This reaction will cause discomfort to the pet such as itching, skin redness and in some cases loose stools or vomiting.

Recommended for cases of Adverse Food Reactions (AFR) with dermatologic and/or gastro-intestinal signs: diagnosis (food elimination trial- management) and Canine Atopic Dermatitis (CAD) associated with AFR, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). Not recommended in cases of: Pancreatitis, growth, gestation/lactation. To ensure the ongoing health of your pet, a full health check by a veterinarian is recommended every 6 months. Royal Canin® ANALLERGENIC SMALL DOG dry is a complete dietetic feed for dogs formulated for the reduction of ingredient and nutrient intolerances. Hydrolysed protein sources and selected carbohydrates sources. RECOMMENDATIONS: It is recommended that a veterinarian's opinion be sought before use and before extending the period of use. Feed ANALLERGENIC SMALL DOG dry 3 to 8 weeks: if signs of intolerance disappear this feed can be used initially up to one year.
