Go Back to Original Formula with the Thick Gravy

I've been feeding my cat this product for years, when it was abruptly changed. The formula you had was a winner, this "newer" products is barely passable. I only buy it because my cat has to eat a GI diet. Please go back to p[roducing the original formula.

Great food, wish there were more options

My cats love this food and it is great for their sensitive digestive systems (chronic diarrhea/suspected IBD). However, I really wish there were more options. My kitties won't eat pate so we are stuck with these tiny cans in the moderate calorie formula. It is very expensive and adds up so, so fast (we go through six cans a day!!). I would LOVE to see the thin slices in large cans in the regular (not moderate calorie) formula. Please???

Most cats love it

Small animal GP vet here - this is a great GI diet that most cats will eat readily. I feed this to my cat that has chronic intermittent vomiting, who I though did not like wet food. Also, so many cats find it so tasty that I often use this to distract cats when I give vaccines at work.

Bad Batches

Our cat was prescribed this and has been enjoying it, until the past 2 deliveries. She will not eat the current batch at all. Go back to the original. Looking for different company

Different formula

The last two cases I have purchased have not been the same consistency as before. It is a watered down brown looking substance instead of the gravy as before. This is the only food my cat can tolerate and he refuses to touch it....even the stray cats wont eat it. Please go back to the origina!!!!

Disappointed in formula change

During covid, the formula changed. I assumed it was done due to limited resources. I received three cases last week and it is still the watered down version. I feel like I'm paying the same for less food and it's not just me, my cat is hungry after every meal. It seems he has noticed the servings are smaller and wants more after every meal. I have decided to talk to the vet about other options because there is not much worse than a cat who is hungry after every meal, every day.

The only food my cat can eat without throwing up!

My 8 year old cat was constantly throwing up for about a month, with several stomach problems and then was diagnosed with pancreatitis. His Vet recommended to switch to a low calorie diet. We tried several brands but nothing worked until we tried Royal Canin Gastrointestinal moderate calorie. My cat is not vomiting, constipated or having any stomach problems anymore. We are so thankful for this product! Our problem now is that we can’t find it anywhere, mostly everywhere we have check is out of stock! Even the vet is running low. Please don’t tell me this was discontinued, that will be heartbreaking for this cat momma. Do you have an estimate on when will you have it back?!

problems with new formula PLEASE SWITCH BACK

one of my cats who gets bouts of colitis did great on the old formula of this food. no colitis for 7 months. after a couple months on the new formula she had an attack. got her medicine from the vet (this is no easy thing to deal with because the medicine makes food smell and taste funny so they still wont eat. even on the anti nausea and vomiting med with it..so have to hand feed other gi food.) and after the usual course went back to this food. two months later and colitis again! PLEASE SWITCH back to the older formula! she was doing so good on that.
