Truffles loves this!

my cat is in kidney failure and just tried this brand (due to cost, i was buying Hills' renal as it comes in larger cans but she only likes the Tuna and is slowly getting bored of that every day)- she loves this and has even put on weight with this! I am happy she enjoys her food again and she is stable with this and her fluids.

Why is there still carageenan in the ingredients?

I'm avoiding this after I found out it contains carageenan. Since at least 2018, customers have asked Royal Canin to remove dangerous carageenan from the incredients. They have not listened to customers. There are safer alternatives to carageenan. And just because the regulators allow it or deem it safe, doesn't mean you can ignore customers and studies connecting carageenan to IBD and cancer. Bad marketing and reckless behaviour.

Optimal health

My baby girl was a big girl until ckd took a hold of her. She got very thin very fast. Constipated resulting in 2 vet enema’s within 1 month👎. It took her a minute between the renal e, t and d…before finally settling on E as her favorite. She eats the gastro dryfood too. Here we are 2.5 years later and she is living her best life at 18!! Zero issues pooping everday now. She has put back on a reasonable weight amount, and cries for that E now! This food has done absolute wonders for both my cats (her brother from same litter has ckd too) I absolutely recomend it to all!!

This is the only wet food my cat with kidney disease will eat. Unfortunately, it is out of stock at all retail stores in austin Texas and all online retailers.

Best kidney care wet food - please keep it coming!

The only kidney care wet food my super finicky girl will eat. Chewy is out of it - hoping that doesn't signal availability issues! This product is critical for us. Thanks!

Good Flavor for Kitty

My cat likes the flavor, but I am constantly taking metal pieces out of it. There are these hard dark pieces in it that I believe is metal. It is one of the most expensive kind, yet no other canned food I have has hard, un- chewable metal pieces in it.

Cans are too big

So happy that my 16 year old female tabby will eat this food, as she has kidney disfunction. However, we waste so much food because the cans are so big. You offer 3 oz. cans in other renal support flavors, but not in this flavor. How come?

Old Formula Is Better

My 20 year old picky renal failure cat loved the old formula that was not the morsels in gravy. I agree with the other comments, why did you get rid of a good thing? My cat also just licks the gravy. I've had such good results with the old formula. I've even tried just mashing the pieces but it doesn't appeal to him.. I recently found an old can of the old formula and he STILL loves it best. I'm so disappointed!

Awesome product!

We run a sanctuary have had many older cats in kidney failure and they LOVE Royal Canin! E, T, D and SO dry. Anyone in our shoes knows that weight loss in kidney cats is common so when our 19 year old put on a pound we were thrilled! I know not everyone has multiple kidney cats but we'd LOVE a larger can. Thank you for all your efforts to make sure these specialty diets keep coming in during difficult times.
