I’m concerned about quality control—not the food—but packaging and order process. I ordered food and on my first order received a bag which was damaged. I reported it and was told to return the food to the retailer. The employee did not know that digestive health is not sold in retail stores. I sent the details requested and the employee said she showed it was a 7 pound bag but the picture i sent showed was a 17 pound bag. The food does not come in a 7 pound bag. I had already cancelled the next shipment but today I received a notification that my order shipped. Based on my experience I would never recommend automatic shipping. I will still buy Royal Canin adult formula for 7 to 10+ years, unless I see a recall notice. I would love to try the digestive brand since my dog sometimes has a sensitive stomach but I don’t trust them to get the order right and then have to improvise. You can’t just switch your dog’s diet on a whim. You have to transition to a new food. It’s a shame I can’t depend on the shipping department to get it right. I don’t know if the damage to the bag occurred at the point where it was shipped or something happened during shipping. The box, however, did not show any external damage.

Excellent product! My Max loves it, and I love the quality.

Don't buy. There is no meat in here, buy if you want to feed your dog corn... feed if you don't care about your dog.

Expensive but worth it! Best food I have ever fed my dogs.

I have been feeding this food for 10 months and my dog is thriving and no more runny yellow stools that he had on the Medium Adult food. His coat glistens and his tummy feels so much better! Thanks Royal Canin for this Digestive Care food! He loves it and is the picture of health.

I have been feeding this for About 9months. I have 2 Australian shepherds, a border collie and a papillon all eating it. For the most part their coats were good, but their poops were HUGE, solid but huge. It makes me wonder how much of the nutrients were actually being absorbed. And I’m not a big fan of chicken as the main protein.
