Excellent quality a little pricey would like to see some coupons or sales

My cat has IBDS. It took us a long time to find the right food for her. After living through diarrhea and vomiting for a year, the vet out her on Ultamino. It is the only food we can feed her. She is now healthy and happy. Royal Canin rocks!!!

We have tried other companies products to help control his food sensitivity. He either didn't like them or they didn't work. This one works and he likes it. It is great to have him happy and healthy. Thanks

This was the ONLY food that worked for our IBD cat. We tried every other high quality and prescription food available and he still had diarrhea. He loves the taste of Ultimino and (even better) we were able to take him off all his medication. We couldn't be happier with this product!

My calico has severe allergies and she is very limited in the foods that she can have. She loves this food! I also feed this to my other two cats and have no complaints!

My cat had horrible atopic dermatitis on his neck, he would get painful lesions and his skin under his neck was raw from the constant scratching and licking. Medications would help but never fully heal him, the lesions would always come back. This food healed his skin!!! Hasnt had any lesions for a year since we started the food! I am no longer concerned about his quality of life!

The vet suggested I try this food for my cat while we determine what was cause her allergy. All of our cats LOVE this food!!!! When it turned out that it wasn't her regular food causing the allergy, but her cat treats, they were a bit upset to have to go back to their regular food. Now, we use this food as cat treats. Even though Royal Canin cost more than regular food, it cost way less than cat treats do. Especially since some members of my household tend to feed the cats quite a few treats! :-) Yes, as others have mentioned, the food does have a very distinctive smell. When we were feeding it to them regularly as food I did get used to the smell after a few weeks. It also helped keeping the food sealed, which is always best anyway to keep the food fresh.

My cat was put on this due to vomiting and diarrhea. Both are gone, but I can barely get her to eat this. As others have said, it smells awful. I am not exaggerating when I say that I can smell it from 10 feet away. I have to keep the bag sealed or it smells up the room. She will only eat it because I won't let her have anything else and she is starving.

I adopted my cat and he had chronic diarrhea, no idea why. Tried over the counter food sensitivities food but nothing worked. Finally vet put him on this food after a couple others and it worked! Apparently he's sensitive to proteins and this food breaks it down enough that he can digest it. Only downside is it smells horrible and it took him a while to get used to the taste (at first he didn't eat very much of it). Plus too expensive!
