Complete dietic feed for cats formulated to reduce acute instestinal absorption disorder, and as compensation from maldigestion. Highly digestible ingredients. Increased level of eletrolytes. Low level of fat. Its moderate calorie content makes it particularly suitable for cats in which ideal weight is hard to maintain (neutering / overweight / low activity). It is recommended that a veterinarian's opinion should be sought before use.

My cat likes it, but.................

My cat has megacolon and was put on this can food. It is way too expensive. It comes in a case of 24, 3 oz. cans, NOT 5 OZ CANS, for $40.63 which lasts my cat less than 2 weeks. So I am spending well over $100 a month for this food.

Cats love it!

Been feeding my cats this and dry food for a year. They cant wait for me to feed them every morning.

Great food

My cat has diarrhea for 4 months. Fecal was negative and no medication worked. This food clear her diarrhea up and she was healthy, and and back to her normal self.

Amazing food

this food is an amazing it's kept my cat who used to throw up every day to once or twice a month vomiting love this food she loves it amazing product thank you Royal Canin you save my

Helps with vomiting!

One of my cats almost always vomited soon after eating his canned food and frequently had diarrhea. I have tried so many GI diets and none of them seemed to help. I had gotten a free case of the Gastrointestinal Moderate Calorie canned food as a promotion at the vet clinic I work at and decided to try it on Latte. He loves! He stopped vomiting and his stools are now normal. We're both so happy!

Lots of Gravy

We adopted a 5mth old rescue and took her to the Vet for a check up. They suggested this food for her, as she was barely 4lbs and rather sickly. She loves it and still does. She's a healthy 10lb girl with perfect teeth!

It works!

We have had problems with our cat's stomach since we got him as a kitten. Our vet recommended this food for him and it's been so helpful. No more diarrhea!

Works wonders

My Norman was having a very difficult time last year with vomiting & diarrhea. My vet suggested switching his food to Royal Canin & within days, he was back to his old self. He's a picky eater, but loves both, the wet & dry.
