My beagle has a significant heart murmer. He needs a lower sodium food. He's been eating Royal Canin Early Cardiac for a few years and is doing well. I use the Royal Canine Feline SO for my cats prone to urinary tract problems. I trust Royal Canin.

Found out my dog had a murmurer (I just think it's anxiety) but nonetheless, I like this food my my dog as it appears to be more healthy and better ingredients.
