Small kibble texture is easy to chew: perfect for a kitten’s mouth and emerging teeth

An innovative combination of highly digestible proteins, fibers, and prebiotics helps aid older kittens’ developing digestive systems

Delivers a mix of proteins, minerals, and vitamins to meet the high-energy needs of this stage in a cat’s growth

By the time a kitten gets to be around 4 months old, their growth rate slows, but their activity levels skyrocket. With intensifying energy levels, developing bones, growing muscles, and emerging teeth, older kittens need a different kind of nutrition than a younger baby cat.
Royal Canin Kitten Dry Food gives your kitten a healthy start with nutritional precision: An innovative mix of highly digestible proteins, vitamins, and other essential minerals support their maturing digestive system and keeps their growing bodies strong. And an exclusive blend of antioxidants supports their developing immune system. Transitioning from Royal Canin Mother & Babycat wet and dry formulas is easy: the small, easy-to-chew kibble made specifically for kittens’ mouths.

Royal Canin was horrible for my kittens

We adopted our kittens at about 10 wks old. The foster had been feeding them Royal Canin Kitten Dry Food and I always thought RC was a good brand so I continued to feed it to them. They had diarrhea from the day we brought them home. They were tested and tested and tested for infections. We spent SO MUCH money at the vet. The vet recommended we switch them to the Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein HP Dry Cat Food and the diarrhea never improved. Finally after 3 months of severe diarrhea (kittens couldn't even hold it in, they were leaking uncontrollably) the rescue org's vet (who had nothing to gain from us) suggested switching them to a different brand. We got them completely away from RC food and started to see immediate improvements. After a few weeks their stool was totally normal. I have no idea what's in those two varieties of Royal Canin kitten/cat food but they were both horrible for our kittens.

My older cats liked it more!

My kitten just nibbled at it at first, I didn't think he liked it. On the next feeding time though he did eat some of it. I don't think it's his favorite. Seems like my older cats liked it a lot more than my kitten. They ate whatever the kitten left in the bowl.

Kitty approved

My kitten loved this. He was very picky, but this he dove right into. Would highly recommend for any and all kitten owners. Especially if you're having trouble getting your kitten to eat because they are picky.

Kitty Baby Approved!

My kitten gobbled this right up. Not that she really has preference at this point, but she seemed to like this well enough to fill her primordial pouch! Definitely recommended for the most precious of kitty babies.

Tasty

My kitty really enjoyed this cat food. She seemed to gobble it up and enjoyed the taste. It also gives me joy knowing she is eating a healthy product. It has all the daily nutrients to help her grow up to be healthy.

Great quality

This is not my normal brand,I had to run out for a bag of kitty food on a Sunday and this is what was available,I have one problem ,my older cats kept trying to sneak her food away from her.I now have an empty bag ,so I will add this as a treat for the older cats and my kitten will enjoy her meals more often.I do buy several different brands because they all hack up anything with red pieces in it.Overall all cats loved royal canin.

My kitty did not like it!

I received this food to feed my kitty and I was looking forward to it because I know that Royal Canin Is a reputable brand. Much to my dismay the kitty turned her nose up at it. It looks really good the consistency was nice it smelled very good but she just did not care for it unfortunately.

My kitten loves it

I got this a few months ago for my kitty. I want the best for him and so wanted a good product that wasn't full of fillers and additives. This has none. Pure great taste at a great price. This will be all my little guy gets.

Great for kittens

My kitty loves this! He ate it right up while purring. It has good nutrients, perfect texture and seems to taste great cause he wants more. I recommend this to all kitties, not even just kittens. My adult cat ate it too lol

Good for kitten

The Royal Canin dry kitten food seems to be easy on a kitten's fragile digestive system as our kitten who normally has LOTS of gas did not have issues when eating this food. The small morsels also make it easy to chew. Definitely seems to be a high quality product.
