HOW TO UNBOX

1. We know it can be tempting for your pup to dive right into their box to get at their tasty meals, but you should take care while unpacking your box:
Carefully cut open your box
2. Lift up the top flap of the liner and take a look inside
3. If there is any dry ice remaining in your box leave it in there and allow it to vanish in a well-ventilated area away from children and pets. Never touch dry ice with your bare hands as it may burn
4. Once all the dry ice is gone, remove meals and store directly in your freezer. Don't forget to put a couple in the fridge to serve immediately

HOW TO KEEP IT FRESH

Keep Frozen:

Store food in the freezer

immediately after receiving until

ready to use for up to 12 months.

Defrost:

Thaw food in refrigerator up to

24 hours before serving.

Refrigerate:

Keep remaining food refrigerated

for up to 5 days in a sealed

container so it’s ready to serve.

FLEXIBLE FEEDING

Always discuss nutritional options with your veterinarian including if mixed feeding is right for your dog.

FULL BOWL

We recommend at least a 7-day transition. Begin with 25% new/75% old on days 1–2, move to 50%/50% on days 3–4, then 75%/25% on days 5–6 and 100% new diet by day 7. Monitor the individual patient's tolerance throughout and adjust as needed.
Appetite Stimulation and Gastrointestinal Low Fat are formulated for adult dogs only. The Selected Protein Pork Recipe is formulated to meet the nutritional needs of both growing puppies and adult dogs, making it a versatile option across life stages for patients with food sensitivities.
