Back in Stock as of 3/1/24

We just bought two pouches of these “scoobey snacks” for our cat Buster at our cat hospital near Seattle. He is an apple head mitted seal point Siamese cat with urinary crystals. He loves these treats and was disappointed when they were out of stock a few years ago. Thank you royal canin for resuming production!!!

When is production resuming for these treats?

My cat loves these treats. I haven’t been able to purchase these in over a year. Is there a time line on when these will be in production again?

I am sorry to learn that you are having difficulty acquiring this product. Rest assured it has not been discontinued. Our out of stocks and outages have been caused by increased demand and lack of supply. Treats are temporarily on production hold. We do not have an exact estimated in stock date to provide at this time. In the interim it is suggested that you use pieces of the kibble itself as a treat when needed to best ensure the efficacy of the diet. Please know that feeding other foods or treats outside of the product line yields potential to compromise the diet rendering it ineffective.  We apologize for the frustration.

Great treats-now bring them back!!

My boy, like so many, has urinary issues and can only have urinary food/treats. These are, by far, his favorite and we miss them terribly! It’s now February 2023, are you guys ever planning on bringing these back?! As others have mentioned, the food for treats does not work. We’re so sad and so very disappointed…..

SOS

Are you planning on continuing to make the Royal Canin Urinary SO Cat Treats? My cats LOVE these and we haven’t been able to purchase them in about 8 months - they don’t fall for the pieces of food as a treat.

Please bring these back

My cat has crystals and loves these treats. He is a ginger cat and very hostile without his treats! Please play fair and bring these treats back for those that can't have regular treats.

My girl was so thrilled to get to have treats (kitty biscuits) again when we discovered these. All was right in her world. Then when production stopped she was very sad or depressed again. We tried giving her the kibble, but she would just look at it and then look back at us and walk away...she could tell. At my Vet’s suggestion, I bought Science Diet CD Chicken Dry Food to use as her treats because it tastes different. Thankfully she's a happy playful girl again because she gets her Kitty Biscuits. I know "it's just treats" but when you have no way to explain the issue to you cat it's a challenge. And it's heart breaking to see them sad and confused so I thought I would share.
