Renal Special Feline Dry

As adopters of several stray cats, we know and expect our older cats to have troubles. What we didn't expect was our 4 year old Hope to go into complete renal failure. Our vet did the tests and said it was chronic, and sent us home with a bag of subq IV fluid to give twice a day until we had to say goodbye (They felt it would only be days.) They also gave us a bag of your renal F dry food! That was 3 months ago and Hope lives! She eats her kibble and begs for more and has put all her weight back on! The vet wasn't so sure until we pointed out that she even caught a bird last week. Oh, and we stopped IV's over a month ago! Your food, our vet, and our God saved our Hope! Thank you so much.

I've tried all 3 flavors of dry renal support cat food. Oddly enough, the 'F' variety, supposedly for Flavorful, was the least favorite with my cat. Stick to A-aeromatic or S-savory flavors

Have had my 19 year old cat on it for over a year and she loves it! She eats the F but I'm sure the other two flavors are great too! Have to keep the cats without kidney issues away from it, they love the taste too and keep trying to eat it.

When the vet said I had to change food I was worried I would never find a brand that all the cats would like. To my surprise everyone of them liked the Royal Canin Renal Support F.

She's been on this since she had her one kidney removed and the other kidney is cystic, but still working for now. Eats this food well and kidney value stays within normal range.

I bought a couple weeks ago for my newly diagnosed kidney cat. She loves it!!

Percy is recently diagnosed with kidney disease and was prescribed Hills KD. He would not touch it. I read the royal canin reviews and decided to try it. He dove in right away, ate it all, and then tried to tear back into the bag. I am SO happy and relieved.

Changing cat food is never fun so when my vet suggested a renal/kidney diet I was not excited. I was able to try several Royal Canin formulas and found my group loved the "F" pork flavor food the best. It was an easy switch. I only wish they sold a larger size bag.

Shortly after an emergency surgery to repair her ruptured bladder, I found out that my then 9 month old kitten was in the early stages of renal failure.
