ROYAL CANIN is proud to share that it has been named New Zealand’s Most Trusted Dog Food Brand for 2025, as voted by readers of Reader’s Digest. 

Jeremy Sassoon, General Manager Royal Canin ANZ, said this recognition reflects the trust that pet owners across the country place in Royal Canin every day.

Royal Canin’s partnerships extend right across the New Zealand community, with local shelters and rescue organisations, support for the training of guide dogs through Blind Low Vision NZ, and our financial and nutritional commitment to developing early screening of bowel and ovarian Cancer using the highly trained dogs from K9 Medical Detection NZ.

Royal Canin donates thousands of kilos of our premium nutrition to the NZ Food Network to assist pet owners in need and developing programs to support the career growth of veterinary professionals. 

 

We are proud to run New Zealand’s largest pet food packaging recycling scheme, having collected over 20 tonnes (460,000+ pieces) of packaging since its inception, raising over $14,000 for NZ charities,” Mr Sassoon continued.
