Recommended for cases of: • Azotaemic Chronic Kidney Disease (IRIS stage 2* to stage 4) • Chronic Kidney Disease with proteinuria (IRIS stage 1 to 4) / Not recommended for cases of: • Growth, gestation/lactation • Pancreatitis
*Renal diets are recommended for dogs in advanced stages of CKD (stages 2-4). Early Renal may be suitable for dogs in early stage 2, under veterinary recommendation.
ROYAL CANIN® RENAL SPECIAL loaf is a complete dietetic feed for dogs formulated for the support of renal function in case of chronic renal insufficiency. High quality proteins and restricted level of phosphorus. RECOMMENDATIONS: It is recommended that advice from a veterinarian be sought before use and before extending the period of use. Feed initially up to 6 months.
Composition: Poultry by-products, rice, pork by-products, salmon, sunflower oil refined, powdercellulose, minerals, rice flour, fish oil, dried beet pulp, fructo-oligosaccharides, marigold meal. Protein sources: poultry by-products (19%), pork by-products (8.3%), salmon (4.6%).
