ROYAL CANIN® Urinary S/O + Satiety Small Dogs is a complete dietetic feed for small dogs. This diet is specifically formulated to support urinary function by promoting the dissolution of struvite stones, reducing their recurrence, and helping to manage calcium oxalate (CaOx) recurrence. It is also formulated to support the reduction of excessive body weight. This formula helps dilute urine, reducing the risk of crystals forming, which can lead to urinary issues. This formula is designed to help lower the Relative Supersaturation (RSS) of ions in the urine, reducing the likelihood of stone formation. ROYAL CANIN® Urinary S/O + Satiety Small Dogs has a high protein content to help dogs maintain muscle mass throughout the weight loss period. Thanks to its special blend of fibres, this formula promotes satiety (a feeling of fullness), helping to reduce spontaneous food consumption. This diet features small kibble specifically designed for smaller jaws, making it easier for your dog to pick up and chew. As part of the ROYAL CANIN® Veterinary Health Nutrition range, it’s important that this product is only given to your dog when recommended by a veterinary professional. ROYAL CANIN® URINARY S/O + SATIETY SMALL DOGS dry is a complete dietetic feed for dogs formulated for the dissolution of struvite stones, the reduction of struvite stone recurrence and for the reduction of excessive body weight. Urine undersaturating or metastabilising properties for struvite and/or urine acidifying properties. RECOMMENDATIONS: it is recommended that advice from a veterinarian be sought before use and before extending the period of use. For the dissolution of struvite stones, feed this diet 5 to 12 weeks and initially up to 6 months for the reduction of struvite stone recurrence. Feed until target body weight is achieved and after if required to maintain target body weight. For an efficient weight loss or ideal weight maintenance, the recommended daily energy intake should not be exceeded.
