Helps achieve an ideal weight and muscle mass with 33% reduced fat content*

Satisfies their appetite with a unique blend of fibers that helps cats feel more full

High protein maintains muscle mass to promote a healthy, active lifestyle

Enriched with L-carnitine to support healthy metabolism and weight management

Many cats live a life of leisure, spending their days napping, grooming, and grazing. All that on top of a high-calorie diet can cause an adult cat to put on more pounds—which could lead to more health issues. If your overweight cat is an overeater or often eats out of boredom, talk to your vet about a diet designed for weight care.

Royal Canin Weight Care dry cat food is a diet tailored to help our lovable house cats live a long, magnificent life. It's made with moderate fat levels (reduced by 33%*) for adult cat weight management. Optimal fibers increase the volume of food in your cat’s stomach to help them feel full. High protein levels support your kitty’s muscle mass, so they stay active and fit. And it’s enriched with L-carnitine to help keep their metabolism working hard to burn fat. Try pairing with Royal Canin Ultra Light wet cat food for a meal your cat will love.

Third bag has made him sick

We just purchased his third bag of Royal Canin Weight. He has started to shed some pounds and we were very pleased. All of a sudden, he started having projectile vomiting, at least four times a day. As soon as we started giving him some of our other cat’s age defying food, he stopped vomiting and is back to normal. I don’t know if something is wrong with this bag or he developed an allergy from it.

Best food for my babies

All my cats and even my dog loves this dry food. I’ve had to switch from indoor to weight management but that hasn’t stopped them from enjoying it.

My cats love it!!

I have tried many brands of weight control for cats to no avail, my cats hated all of them. One day I decided to try Royal Canin and since then that is what I buy. My cats like it and are losing weight.

Cats love it!

My cats have been eating RC for many years, and this particular one is the best as far as low carbs and good nutrition. They do eat less and seem to really enjoy it.

Controls weight, less barfing

I have 4 cats and have tried many different cat foods. After going through so many I finally decided to try a weight control one (specifically for my overweight cats). To my surprise a lot of the barfing has ceased! And they have gained a lot less weight. So it is a win win.
