Not in production!

I would like to add to the list of people below that are extremely disappointed and dissatisfied that this food is "not currently in production". I spent more than a year trying to find a food my cat would eat that did not trigger her allergies and digestive upset. On this food she had an amazingly healthy and happy four months and now I am back to square one. I am incredibly frustrated and frankly terrified.

Bad job

My cat is an extremely picky eater and this is the only canned cat food she will eat. I can not believe that they are incapable of producing any more of this cat food. My cat will not eat either the PR or PD versions of this cat food. You people have really dropped the ball on this one. This cat food is not cheap but apparently Royal Canin is not interested in my money. Luckily for me my cat will eat the dry cat food made by Blue Buffalo.

Get it together, Royal Canin!!!!!

My vet landed on this food after we spent two years trying to deal with my cat's severe stomach issues. Sure, it's not Royal Canin's fault that he has health issues, but it IS your fault that I haven't been able to get this in months (thankfully I bought extra cases after you dropped the ball during the height of Covid). My cat's life quite literally depends on this food and what happens in a couple months when we're out of food? We are out of options for food he can eat. I cannot believe I'm going to have to consider euthanizing an otherwise perfectly healthy cat due to your mismanagement. Your social media continues to cut and paste the same BS company line--how come other pet food companies are able to get access to food-ingredient supplies but you can't? Situational awareness should have existed when the rest of us could see supply and other issues down the road. Telling us on social media you have no idea when production will start but definitely not happening in 2022 but can't say when in 2023 is really unacceptable for a business plan.

Not Available

After multiple periods when this food could not be found, I have moved to another companies food. Your latest version of the venison is labeled as "venison by-products" no mention of venison. Smaller cans (if you can find it), by-products ingredients and inconsistent texture its time to say goodbye to Royal Canine. Not sure what management is doing other than running a good company into the ground.

My cat loves the food but it's hard to find

I am not a person who would write a review. This is so severe that I feel like my voice should be heard. My picky eater cat has been on this food for almost two years now. She loves it. We tried everything else but it appears to be the only one she would eat. It helps with her allergies. The formula had been changed over one and a half years ago. It used to be in a larger canned and finer. The portion was changed to a smaller can with a rougher texture 'a lot of small pieces of bones'. It also comes at a higher price. Despite all of that, it's hard to find. I would understand if that happened during the COVID or during the supply chain issues a while back but this issue has been persisting way too long. This monthly struggle to try to get her fed is real. I agree with the other comment that said you should not introduce your cat to the PV.

My cats eat the PV and PR. The PV texture is very hard compared to the PR.

Food vital for survival. Company failing to supply

We have been consistently amazed at how horrible leadership is at this company. They continue to have issues making this food and have been completely opaque about when they forecast being back on track with their supply. I would not recommend anyone start their pet on this (if they can even find the food) because they are not a reliable source. They are also horrible communicators. They need to replace leadership. This has gone on for way too long to blame covid so change needs to start at the top.

When is this going to be available??

This food is critical for cats with health issues. When will you prioritize this and get it back in stock??

She likes the food, but it needs to be in smaller (3oz) cans. Our cats will not eat food after it has been refrigerated. Way too expensive and much of it is wasted. Due to allergies, this is the only food she can have. Needs to have DL-Methionine for urinary tract problems.
