Bag is too small

The kitties like this food. But putting a maintenance product that many cats will need for the long term in such a tiny bag is ridiculous. I don’t want to have to buy new bags of food every 10 minutes. This should be available in larger bags.

It covers what we need

With a recently diagnosed diabetic cat, this is the option for food that our cats prefer out of the recommended brands. And our vet says it is fine to feed both boys the same food, no matter that only one of them NEEDS it (which is good-trying to separate their feeding would be ugly). However, I have to say that it stinks that it only comes in small bags. I will buy it since the boys like it better; however, if any asked me for my recommendation (which they shouldn't-they should ask their vet), I would recommend the other brand available-at least it comes in bigger bags.

Great quality

After years of using another prescription diabetic cat food from another major supplier I made the switch to Royal Canin upon recommendation of a friend to “stop feeding the cardboard”. I researched various brands of diabetic cat food and found this to be the most appealing. Making the change was also recommended by my Vetinarian. Very quickly I note improvements to the softness of my two “boys” coats and general activity improvements. I’d highly recommmend Royal Canin for anyone looking for better food options while still remaining cost effective.

My Cats Love This Food!

My ten year old cat was diagnosed with a severe case of diabetes in February of 2018, which was followed by neuropathy in his hind legs. It was necessary to put him on a prescription diabetic food to help get him regulated. He is a very picky eater and will not eat moist food. My veterinary prescribed this dry food diabetic product and he loves it. I am so happy he will eat it. With Lantus injections and this food, his blood sugars have stabilized, his neuropathy has resolved and he is doing great.
