ROYAL CANIN® URINARY S/O + HYPOALLERGENIC cat dry is a complete diet for adult cats formulated to support urinary health by promoting the dissolution of struvite stones, reducing their recurrence, and helping to manage calcium oxalate (CaOx) recurrence, and for the reduction of ingredient and nutrient intolerances. Thus, it helps urine dilution which make the urine less liable to form crystals. The inclusion of hydrolysed protein makes it easier for your cat’s digestive tract to absorb the protein and helps reduce the risk of adverse reaction to food from the immune system. Thanks to a combination of supportive nutrients, this formula also helps to support the natural protective barrier role of your cat’s skin to help maintain optimal skin health. Due to its highly technical nature and the requirement for a diagnosis, this diet can only be recommended via a veterinary clinic through a consultation for your pet. Transitioning your pet from one diet to another should be a smooth and gradual process over a 7–10-day period. Please ensure you follow the correct rationing amount.

NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION

Rice flour, hydrolysed soya protein isolate, animal fats, vegetable fibres, rice, minerals, hydrolysed poultry liver, chicory pulp, soya oil, fish oil, fructo-oligo-saccharides, borage oil, marigold meal. Protein sources: hydrolysed soya protein isolate (24.8%), hydrolysed poultry liver (3.5%). Carbohydrate sources: rice flour (33.5%), rice (6.4%).

Nutritional additives: Vitamin A: 30 000 IU, Vitamin D3: 800 IU, Iron: 39 mg, Iodine: 3.5 mg, Copper: 15 mg, Manganese: 52 mg, Zinc: 153 mg, Selenium: 0.25 mg - Technological additives: Clinoptilolite of sedimentary origin: 5 g, Sodium bisulphate: 5 g - Antioxidants. Values reflect only levels added to the formula, not those naturally occurring in components of the diet.

RECOMMENDATIONS: It is recommended that advice from a veterinarian be sought before use and before extending the period of use. Feed URINARY S/O + HYPOALLERGENIC dry for 5 to 12 weeks for the dissolution of struvite stones, initially up to 6 months for the reduction of struvite stone recurrence, and 3 to 8 weeks for the reduction of ingredient and nutrient intolerances: if signs of intolerance disappear this feed can be used initially up to one year.
