Helps reduce skin and GI reactions that may be a result of sensitivities to common proteins found in pet foods

Reinforces the skin barrier with essential nutrients to support healthy skin in dogs with skin sensitivity and irritation

Promotes a urinary environment unfavorable to the development of both struvite and calcium oxalate crystals

Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein dog treats are part of a comprehensive line of veterinary-exclusive formulas for dogs with food sensitivities. These treats are made with hydrolyzed soy proteins composed of low molecular weight peptides. That means the digestive tract can absorb these proteins, reducing the risk of a reaction in the immune system. Optimal amounts of B vitamins and amino acids support a healthy skin barrier. And with Relative Supersaturation (RSS) methodology, these treats help maintain a healthy urinary environment. They’re a perfect way to reward dogs during an elimination diet trial or those with long-term food sensitivities. Not happy with it? Then neither are we. Our Veterinary Diet treats are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. (Just contact us for more details.)

We have one of our patients who has a severe allergy and cannot have the treats that we have in the clinic, so we ordered these for her and she LOVES them. Every time she comes into the clinic I have a bag just for her so we can give her treats. We are so happy that we can have something to give her as she is the sweetest girl ever.

Soy and... chicken fat?!

Why have hypoallergenic soy based treats been made non-hypoallergenic with the addition of a chicken product for flavour?!

Hard to find, always out of stock

! I don't understand how every vendor of Royal Canin HP cat treats are always out of stock. My cat can only eat prescription treats and she loves this brand. I have an auto-delivery with chewy.com but I don't even know if they will be available when that time comes. Royal Canin should make these treats available to vendors who sell their products.

Great treats, but the hardest thing to find

These treats are the only thing I can feed my cats, but they are the hardest thing to find.

both dogs love it

I usually buy the hydrolyzed protein food, and just discovered that there are treats! My dog has been on this food for 2 years and she never was allowed treats due to her allergies, so this works out GREAT!!

My dog loves these

bought them to use as training treats (for people to give to my dog when she stays calm as they come into the house): she absolutely loves them, and will ignore pieces of roast beef (!!) to get the treats.. She is fed predominantly the hydrolyzed protein diet because she reacts adversely to most meats (with the exception of beef). My only quibble is that I wish they were smaller, say half or a third the size.. At the rate we have to feed her treats for training purposes, she will get very fat in no time with these larger pieces.
